How long can I hire a van for?
From a single day to as long as you need. Most customers hire weekly or monthly.
How many miles can I do?
Your hire includes 250 miles free. After that there's a per-mile charge. Call us for details.
What do I need to bring?
Your full driving licence and a DVLA check code, photo ID such as a passport, proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a payment card in your name.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £250 refundable deposit, returned when the van comes back in the same condition.
Is insurance included?
Yes. You're covered under our insurance for the hire. An excess applies if the van is damaged or stolen, and we'll go through it when you collect.
What happens if the van breaks down?
Our vans are serviced regularly. If something does go wrong, breakdown cover is included.
Can the van be delivered to me?
Yes, we offer delivery and collection. Tell us where you are when you book.
Can I return the van outside opening hours?
Speak to us first. We can often arrange an after-hours drop-off.
What fuel level should I return it with?
The same level as when you collected it. Otherwise we'll charge for refuelling.
Do I need to clean the van before returning it?
Please return it reasonably clean. We may charge a cleaning fee if it's very dirty.
Can someone else drive the van?
Only drivers we've approved in advance. Let us know when you book.
Can I take the van abroad?
Only with our written permission arranged in advance, plus suitable insurance for driving abroad.
